I sadly have no photo of this piece, and until recently thought there was no sketch. After updating my website in 2016, I came upon the only original sketch I know of of the piece. I found it in the bottom corner of a sketch for Disconnect Memorial from my sketch book. Both are similar pieces finished in 1989. This one consists of an aged concrete surface framed inside an antique wood picture frame. A long rectangular piece of iron and a coin are imbeded in the left side and the latin inscription TADEM ME VITAE is on the right, which I believe is a rough translation of the title. Mr. Stetson if ever you see this, please send me a picture!
